Ole received a special award ˆ the Award of Honor ˆ
for his positive contribution to the industry throughout the years!

The judges had the following to say
about the award winner, Ole Henriksen:
This year the Honorary Award goes to someone who has contributed greatly to the DBCA from its very inception. The winner is a person who has an awe-inspiring and extremely positive approach to life in general, and to the beauty business in particular. With an incredible level of commitment to everything he undertakes, he has published books, appeared on radio and television both here in Denmark and abroad, and has the ability to generate major positive focus for the beauty business and beauty products. He is a person with a wonderfully contagious enthusiasm for beauty and wellness who, over the years, has helped many people to transcend their own limits – including making it socially acceptable for men to spend time enhancing their appearance. He is someone who is just as equally famous and beloved in the retail industry as he is in the spa world – and among Hollywood celebrities. This is a person who is making a huge difference through his work and who is putting beauty and wellness in the spotlight, not just in Denmark but all over the world. We love him for being who he is – and for the stardust he sprinkles over us all. The Honorary Award was presented by Martina of Sweden.
