"i wish i could give this prodcut a 5 star as i love it and often use it- the prodcut is great, however i'm disspaointed in the customer service/shipping. I ordered it, it never arrived, i emailed their CRM team to let them know, they are basically saying it's my fault and I have to eat the cost. "Always wanted to try an eye cream and I love Ole Henriksen moisturiser so thought I’d give this a go. I don’t notice any real difference for fine lines or brightening but it’s just as moisturising as the face cream. I feel you buy an eye cream to have specific results for under eye care but so far there’s no difference. Still a nice product and feels nice and smooth. Will continue to use but if there’s no real difference I’ll stick with the serum and face cream in future."
"The “new and improved” formula is eating the skin under my eyes. The skin is red, peeling, dry, and now the lines look even worse. I have been using this product for years with no issues. Always beautifully moisturized under eyes with no problems, lines looked so much better. I came on the website to see if they had changed the formula and i see they did. So we both lose; I’m out $46, and you’re out a faithful customer. It wasn’t broke, it didn’t need fixed."

The next day I woke up with swelling, redness, itching and my skin was even more rough and painfully sore and dry . Never using again. Definitely not recommended for sensitive skin and the brand obviously have changed their ingredients in this product."

"I used this product for one week and ended up with a horrible reaction that my dermatologist said is common for the Banana Bright line of products. It also took a few days for the rash to appear which is also common so I continued to use it unknowingly. I would never recommend this product unless you test yourself first, unless you are open to a round of prednisone :("
