Missing the old formulas
"I normally don’t write reviews, but I was compelled write that I am not happy with these new products. As a black woman with oily skin it was difficult finding the right products to control the oil. The cleanser, moisturizer, and toner were perfect. Please, please bring them back!"
Awful. Nothing like old version.
"This is simply awful compared to the "Find your Balance" cleanser. My wife and I both used the previous version and found it be near perfect. It was a staple for both of us for years. I cannot possibly comprehend what drove this reformulation but I can assure you that it is comprehensively worse and in no way shape or form resembles the old one. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I use 3-4 times the amount I used with the old version and still feel like I need to properly wash my face afterwards. This product does not do a good job of removing excess oil like the old one did. I don't really know what else I can say other than I am desperately hoping that you bring back the old version or release a new product that somewhat resembles it, because this one does not. This is certainly not it."

"I have scoured the non-toxic market for years trying to find a product that helps me to maintain a clear complexion. Unfortunately I have had to rely on Pro@tiv to do this, until now!!!! I have used OH since the early 2000s, but their cleansers were not a good fit, but this cleanser gave me hope because the formulation (BHA) was similar to Pro@tiv without the toxic chemicals. Now, after over 2 weeks of consistent use am/pm, my skin is better than ever! OH, I would like to obtain written consent that you will not discontinue this product for as long as we both shall live. Thank you!"
