"This toner is far more hydrating than i expected. The consistency is a slight bit thicker than water, but not as thick as serum either. It has a slight refreshing fragrance that smells light. I've been super sick in the last week and one of the products that i have been using to keep my skin from looking as dry as the sahara has been this product. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and my skin just drinks it up. My skin always feel more plump whenever i use this."

"The toner comes out very slowly and thicker than normal toners (mostly alcohol based and this one doesnt appear so) Leaves your skin slippery/oily until fully dry and then skin feels smooth but almost dry. Does smell good can tell the citrus is there. Has all the fancy ingredients to keep skin younger longer so cant be too bad."
