"This is oily and does a terrible job cleansing the face. Have to wash at least 3 times to start feeling clean. Barely lathers too so have to use a lot each time. I use a lot of OH products and think they’re great so this was a huge disappointment. I’m going to have to start looking for another option. Please bring back the old formula… it was so much better!!!"
"So so so disappointed with this new formula! It drys my skin severely and it's just harsh on my face! It's not the same as Find Your Balance! I suffered with acne from my teen years until my mid 20s (2018) when I came across Ole's Find Your Balance line! Oh my gosh it cleared my skin tremendously and wasn't drying! I don't know what was in that original formula but it was magic! I kid you not 3 days my acne started clearing up! This new D clog is trash! It irritates my skin and it seems as though it doesn't even clean my skin! I don't have that fresh cleanse feel like the original formula! Don't waste your money on this product it's a complete flop! I promise you! Ole please bring back the whole original Balance line! Why on earth did you discontinue it????"

"This is simply awful compared to the "Find your Balance" cleanser. My wife and I both used the previous version and found it be near perfect. It was a staple for both of us for years. I cannot possibly comprehend what drove this reformulation but I can assure you that it is comprehensively worse and in no way shape or form resembles the old one. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I use 3-4 times the amount I used with the old version and still feel like I need to properly wash my face afterwards. This product does not do a good job of removing excess oil like the old one did. I don't really know what else I can say other than I am desperately hoping that you bring back the old version or release a new product that somewhat resembles it, because this one does not. This is certainly not it."
